Details and Section Views

Details and section views are important construction drawings that show specific parts of a building more clearly. Detail drawings focus on small areas, such as wall connections, doors, windows, stairs, foundations, roofs, or joints, and explain how they should be built.

Section views show a cut-through view of a building or structure, helping people understand the inside layers, heights, materials, and connections between different parts. These drawings are useful for builders, engineers, and architects because they provide accurate information, reduce construction mistakes, and make sure the project is built safely and correctly.
