At Skyline Design Group LLC, we operate exclusively as a B2B technical production, drafting and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) support agency. We specialize in delivering high-volume AutoCAD drafting, Revit BIM coordination, clash detection and construction documentation support for commercial, industrial and multi-family development projects.
Our team provides the technical drafting execution required to streamline workflows for licensed professionals, developers and contractors. All deliverables are prepared strictly for coordination, planning assistance and drafting support purposes.
2. Strict Licensing Disclosure (Engineering, Architecture & Surveying)
Skyline Design Group LLC is not a licensed architectural firm, registered professional engineering firm or licensed surveying company.
To comply strictly with state regulatory boards (including the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors), we explicitly state that we do not offer, practice or provide "engineering," "engineering services," "surveying," or "surveying services." Furthermore, we do not independently provide regulated architectural design to the public.

3. The Integrated Professional Network
Skyline Design Group LLC performs technical drafting and digital modeling based on the parameters, redlines and directions provided to us. We do not "design" the structural, civil or MEP systems.
If a project requires official stamping, engineering calculations or sealed approvals, those services are strictly performed by independent, fully licensed Professional Engineers (PE), Registered Architects (AIA) or Registered Professional Land Surveyors (RPLS). Clients may utilize their own in-house licensed professionals or Skyline can facilitate coordination with our network of independent, licensed partners who provide the final design authority, review and official seals.
4. Professional Review Requirement
Our drafting deliverables are not authorized for final construction without professional review. Any project requiring the following must be executed by a licensed professional:
Official Professional Seals (Stamps)
Engineering Calculations and Load Verifications
Boundary Surveying or Topographic Certifications
Architectural Certification and Life Safety Code Review
Municipality or Jurisdictional Code-Compliance Sign-off
5. Client Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
All technical plans, BIM models, site layouts and schematic drawings produced by Skyline Design Group LLC are intended as production support data only.
Clients are solely responsible for coordinating licensed professional reviews, verifying project suitability for construction and securing engineering approvals before mobilizing equipment or submitting for permits. By using our services, clients acknowledge that any reliance on Skyline’s unsealed drafting documents for fabrication, construction or permitting—without the explicit review and approval of a properly licensed professional within the applicable jurisdiction—is done solely at the client’s discretion and liability.
