The Sapphire Heights is a premium contemporary multifamily residential development designed around sophisticated architecture, privacy and elevated urban living.
The project consists of approximately 14 luxury residences arranged within a seven-story apartment building. Unlike traditional high-density apartment concepts, the design focuses on a lower unit count approach with only two residences per typical floor, creating a more exclusive residential experience.
Each floor is organized around a central circulation core with elevator access, stair connections and efficient service planning. The limited number of residences allows larger apartment layouts with improved privacy, natural lighting and enhanced outdoor balcony spaces.
The residential mix includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom and luxury three-bedroom apartments designed for professionals and residents seeking premium housing. Interior layouts emphasize open living, modern kitchens, spacious bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, storage and private outdoor connections.
The building facade creates a strong architectural identity through a combination of clean white exterior surfaces, dark black metal framing and warm golden accent elements. Vertical architectural fins and deep facade frames create shadow, depth and a sophisticated contemporary appearance.
